Saudi Arabia’s Hail region attracted over 1.1 million tourists in the first half of 2024, including 170,000 international visitors, reflecting its growing appeal. To meet rising demand, the region now offers 2,600 hospitality rooms.
Hail is set to become the fifth destination under ASFAR, a Public Investment Fund-owned entity driving tourism projects across Saudi Arabia, in line with Vision 2030. The region is also playing a key role in economic diversification and food security, with private sector contributions boosting investment and development.
