Dubai: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced on Monday that private-sector employees in the UAE will have their daily working hours reduced by two hours during Ramadan.
Companies may implement flexible or remote work arrangements based on the nature of their operations, provided they adhere to the daily working hour limits.
Meanwhile, the UAE government has set official Ramadan working hours for public sector employees. Ministries and federal authorities will operate from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday.
